Alexandros Tzimpilis

Alexandros Tzimpilis is a Change and Project Management professional with extensive experience delivering large-scale organizational, digital, and business transformations in multinational environments. He is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) by ACMP and a PM² Advanced Certified Project Manager, combining the disciplines of project execution and people-centric change to ensure adoption, value realization, and sustainability.
He has successfully led complex transformation programs across multiple countries, combining change leadership, project management, and operational restructuring, consistently delivering measurable business results, including revenue growth, profitability improvement, and cost optimization in large organizations. His experience spans digital transformation, operating model redesign, cultural change, and enterprise restructuring.
Alexandros specializes in enterprise transformation, stakeholder engagement, adoption and behavioural change, and the integration of change management into project delivery. He is also an active contributor to the global change management community through publications, mentoring, and thought leadership.
Alexandros holds an MBA from the University of Macedonia since 2009.
