Dimitris Tsingos is a Greek tech entrepreneur, early-stage investor, and European federalist. He is the Founder and CEO of Starttech Ventures, a venture builder and seed-stage investor based in Athens, focused on capital-efficient startup growth through Lean Startup, Agile, and Design Thinking.
He also serves as President at its venture‑building portfolio companies Epignosis, Yodeck, DreamClass, TraitForward, Endogusto and Gracely.
As of June 2025, he has reassumed the role of CEO at Epignosis, the flagship company of the Starttech Ventures portfolio.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 2000 with the founding of Virtual Trip, one of Greece’s first tech startups. Beyond business, Tsingos is active in European integration efforts, co-authoring the Rome Manifesto and founding the Together for Europe movement. In 2021, he also launched the Vassilios Tsingos Foundation to support education and cooperativism.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Crete and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is a Marshall Memorial Fellow and an alumnus of IVLP, EYL40, and IHEIE (PSL Paris).
