Aris is a management consultant with experience in operational excellence, business transformation and digital initiatives across the energy, infrastructure and transportation sectors. He has worked on projects related to PMO operations, process improvement, governance frameworks, reporting and KPI development, operating model design and business transformation, collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders.
His experience also includes supporting SAP transformation projects, cybersecurity-related initiatives and integration projects, with a focus on coordination, delivery management and process transformation. Through his roles he has worked closely with cross-functional teams and senior executives to support operational and organisational improvements.
Aris holds an MBA with orientation in Finance, an MSc in Project Management, an MEng in Civil Engineering and the certifications PRINCE2 Agile and PMQ from the Association for Project Management. He is particularly interested in technology-enabled transformation, project delivery and innovation.
