I’m Christos Goulas, a graduate of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Ioannina, and currently working as a Software Engineer at TeamViewer.
I work on scalable, high-availability systems for remote connectivity and enjoy building end-to-end features across the stack (React, C++, C#), while tackling complex problems — from distributed systems to debugging tricky production issues.
What really drives me is curiosity and the desire to take on challenging problems that push me outside my comfort zone. I enjoy digging deeper into how systems work under the hood, questioning assumptions, and exploring different angles — especially when it comes to understanding how things can break and how to make them more robust.
I’m excited to be a mentor at the Epirusbank Open Hackathon, as I strongly believe that real learning comes from collaborating with others around ideas. I see myself not only as a mentor, but also as someone who learns through the process.
