Dimitris Kallos holds a BSc in Economics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom.
Following relevant training in Greece, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and the United States of America, he has accumulated more than 33 years of professional experience in senior management positions across major Greek and multinational companies operating in the sectors of Retail, Dairy & Beverages, Food & Entertainment Services, Frozen Foods—with more than 6,500 employees—as well as in Industrial Construction/Technical Projects and Business Consulting Services.
His expertise focuses on preparing smooth leadership succession in Greek family-owned businesses and modernizing their organizational structures, as well as on Strategy, Leadership, Crisis Management, Culture Transformation, Internal Organization, and Business Process Reengineering (Change Management/BPR).
He is currently the Founder & Managing Director of the Business Consulting and Professional Training Services company “My Mentor.”
He is also a Certified Trainer (Certified Trainer – OAED) with more than 15 years of experience.
