Mentor & SME Assignment:
After the final team selection is complete:
A Primary Mentor is assigned to each team
SMEs are made available to all teams based on domain needs
All assignments are communicated to teams before the hackathon kicks off, so you’ll know who your mentor is ahead of time.
Before the Hackathon:
Your Primary Mentor may reach out for an optional introductory conversation
Use this time to familiarize yourself with the themes and prepare your project
During the Hackathon (In-Person):
Your Primary Mentor will be on-site for the full duration, checking in regularly with your team
When you need specialized help, your mentor will coordinate access to the right SME
SMEs will be available during their declared time slots to provide focused technical or domain support
Before Your Pitch
Your mentor will help you refine and prepare your final presentation and demo
